Do I have to commit to reorders?
No. Order what you need, when you need it. No contract, no MOQ per month, no forms. Buy 50 jars this month, 200 next month, none the month after — totally fine.
How does shipping work?
We pack in bubble-wrapped cartons and dispatch via Delhivery B2B. Freight is shown at checkout — part of it is already included in the bulk price, the rest is added to your total. After you order, we'll contact you to confirm the best shipping option for your pincode before dispatch. Metros usually 3–4 days; rest of India 5–7.
Payment terms?
Online payment only on bulk orders — UPI, cards, or netbanking at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available on wholesale (heavy glass/wax can't be refused at delivery without both of us taking a big loss). Freight is charged at checkout — see the shipping question above.
What if something breaks in transit?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or credit the broken pieces, no long forms. Under-1% breakage rate on our current jar orders.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Share your GSTIN at checkout notes or over WhatsApp — we issue a proper tax invoice for input credit.
Can I mix pack sizes to hit a tier?
Yes — hit the tier per SKU (e.g., 50× Amber Jar 100ml). If you're close and want a custom mix, message us and we'll work something out.
